The ADNOC project is located in Al Shghoub City and covers a total land area of 47,999 square meters,
with a built-up area of 2,297 square meters.
The project aims to develop infrastructure by constructing internal road networks and organizing parking areas,
ensuring smooth traffic flow and convenient access to all facilities for users.
The project consists of several buildings, including:
A market and restaurants building
An internal service area
A vehicle maintenance and car wash station
The walls are constructed using Sandwich Panels, while the roofs are designed using sandwich roof systems,
providing high structural strength and thermal insulation efficiency.
The Block Works construction method was also utilized to ensure durability and high performance.
The project represents an integrated model for service and commercial facilities dedicated to the local community,
within a modern and functional design framework
