Blue Gulf Shipyard Project – Maintenance and Manufacturing of Heavy Ships
Located on a 250-meter waterfront in ICAD 2, the project covers a total area of 40,000 sqm.
It features one of the largest Travel Lifts in the Middle East, with lifting capacities ranging from 550 to 1,100 tons, used for ship maintenance and repair.
The project also includes a Slipway and Landing Crafts to support vessel launching and docking operations.
Additionally, it comprises four factories with a total built-up area of 16,700 sqm, designed using a Steel Frame System suitable for large spans and efficient execution.





Speed Boats Shipyard Project – Fast Boats Manufacturing and Dry Dock
The project is located on a 184-meter waterfront in ICAD 4,
covering a total area of 49,928 sqm.
It includes two factories, an administrative building with a modern architectural design, and storage facilities,
with a total built-up area of 7,118 sqm.
The project features a Dry Dock used for hauling boats out of the water to facilitate maintenance, repair, and painting,
before relaunching them into the sea.
All factories and warehouses are constructed using a Steel Structure System,
providing large-span spaces, suitable heights for storage, fast execution, easy maintenance,and flexibility for future expansion.











Bluegulf Warehouses Project – Industrial Warehouses Serving the Shipbuilding Sector
The project spans a total area of 48,357 sqm in ICAD 2 and consists of five industrial warehouses with a combined built-up area of 17,195 sqm.
The warehouses are designed using a steel structure system to efficiently meet storage and distribution requirements,
with optimized internal layouts that ensure flexibility, fast execution, easy maintenance,
and effective support for industrial and logistics operations related to shipbuilding and marine services.







KIWAN Integrated Oils and Fats Factory Project
The project covers a total area of 37,304 sqm in ICAD 2, within the KIWAN Zone, affiliated with KIZAD – Abu Dhabi.The total built-up area is approximately 15,200 sqm, divided into three main buildings:
An oils and fats processing and storage facility
An administrative building with a distinctive architectural design and façade
A services building housing utilities, warehouses, and storage areas
The project adopts a Steel Structure system, providing high design flexibility, reduced structural weight, and ease of installation and maintenance.
